Club: Fencing

Bowdoin Fencing provides a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space for students to learn and practice the sport of fencing. We do not require any level of skill or experience; new and competitive fencers alike will have the opportunity to train and compete. We provide the equipment and membership necessary. We hold three official two-hour practices a week, scheduled around the team's availability, and compete in New England whenever possible.

We strongly encourage you to split your gift between the Alumni Fund or Parents Fund and Club Fencing to help us not only strive for team excellence, but also to ensure that all students have access to unique club activities. You can support up to five areas in one transaction! This year, we're fundraising for:

• Team warmup jackets ($600)
• Competition legal saber equipment ($800)
• Competition-level machines ($8,000, multi-year fundraising project)
